Congratulations to Tom O’Neill who has been elected as the new Waterford Scout County Commissioner.  Tom who is the Scoutleader with the Tramore Scout Group was elected to the position at the County Board Meeting on the 7th of March in Dunhill.  The De La Salle Scout Group would like to wish him the very best in his new role.  The group would also like to extend its thanks and say best wishes to Jody Phelan who stepped down, having held the position since the foundation of the county at the beginning of last year.
