Beaver Scouts is for our youngest members. They range in age from 6 to 8 but don't let their age fool you! They have fun by trying new things like camping. The programme is based around fun and discovery and for Beavers, the emphasis is on meeting and interacting with people of their own age. The Beavers meet every Monday (7th) and Tuesday (3rd) between 6.00pm and 7.00pm. Some of the activities enjoyed at Beaver meetings include active and quiet games, stories, creative crafts, singing, drama and nature study. About once a month there are special events and activities which include walks, visits and parties. The 3rd De La Salle Beaver Colony is headed up by Ray Smith while the 7th Beaver Colony is led by Jean Cahill.

We have a strong leadership team led by Niall McCarthy in the 3rd Pack and Brian Doyle in the 7th Pack.
